COVID-19 PANDEMIC
Dear patients and caregivers,
I understand that many patients are concerned about their care and well-being during this unprecedented COVID-19 pandemic. Please refer to our hospital website (click here) for reliable up-to-date information about COVID-19 and your health.
We continue to see patients in clinic that require face-to-face visits. We are also offering eVisits and telephone updates. Please contact us for details.
Dr. Simone and his administrative assistant are fully vaccinated for their protection and for the safety of their families, friends and patients. Please wash your hands, stay home if you can, cover your face when you go out and stay safe.
Sincerely,
Carmine Simone
